No. We can evaluate properties in their current condition. The condition will be part of how we assess the property and any potential offer.
Can you look at a property that currently has tenants?
Yes. We regularly consider occupied rental property. We can discuss the leases, tenant status and a sensible way to coordinate access if needed.
Do I have to list the property?
No. Hickory Real Estate buys directly from owners. A direct sale is different from listing a property with a real estate broker.
